Abhishek brings more than 25 years of global finance and operational leadership experience across life sciences and diagnostics organizations.
Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at CareDx, where he helped the company return to profitable growth, strengthened financial discipline, and ensured resources were invested thoughtfully to support long-term success.
Earlier in his career, AJ spent nearly two decades at Agilent Technologies, holding a series of progressive global finance and operational leadership roles. These included serving as Global Controller for the company’s sales and marketing organization, where he was responsible for a $5 billion orders portfolio, and as Head of Corporate FP&A. He began his career in consulting and entrepreneurial ventures. Importantly, he brings a broad strategic perspective and proven ability to partner with leadership teams during periods of growth and transformation; experience that will be critical as we continue to scale Neo, expand access to advanced cancer diagnostics, and pursue multi-billion-dollar addressable markets.
Abhishek is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
