<p>The NeoTYPE® Endometrial Tumor Profile analyzes <b>47 biomarkers</b> through a combination of next‑generation sequencing (NGS), FISH, and immunohistochemistry (IHC) as listed below. Test reports include summary interpretation of all results to help guide treatment decisions.<br><br>
<b>NGS (40 genes + MSI and TMB)</b><br>
Reflex rule for Microsatellite Instability (MSI): An MSI NGS result of “indeterminate” will create a reflex to MSI by PCR as long as the tumor percentage is ≥40% and paired normal tissue is available.<br><br>
<b>FISH (2 biomarkers)</b><br>

<b>IHC (3 biomarkers)</b><br>
<b>* HER2 (Other) IHC w/Breast Scoring</b> (tech‑only available)<br>
