<p>The Sarcoma Comprehensive NGS Fusion Panel is an RNA‑based next‑generation sequencing (NGS) assay designed to detect gene translocations and fusions, including those with known and novel fusion partners, associated with sarcoma.<br><br>
<b>NGS – RNA Fusions (97 genes)</b><br>
This panel detects translocations and fusions involving a comprehensive set of sarcoma‑associated genes, including both known and novel fusion partners.<br><br>
<b>Legacy Test Information</b><br>
As of May 12, 2025, the Sarcoma Comprehensive NGS Fusion Panel replaces the following tests, which are no longer offered:<br>
* Ewing Sarcoma NGS Fusion Panel<br>
* NeoTYPE® Liposarcoma Fusion Profile<br>
* Non‑Ewing Sarcoma NGS Fusion Panel<br>
* Rhabdomyosarcoma NGS Fusion Panel</p>
